The project is located in Zhongtang Town, Dongguan City, next to Hengchong Waterway and across the Dongjiang River from Xintang District, Guangzhou. The surrounding traffic is convenient and the environment is beautiful. The designer tried to create a "floating glass box" with a display art space. With the help of abstract and freehand methods in design to reflect the artistic sense and purity of urban sculpture, it has become the core starting point of the community and the visual focus of the overall project. Turn left from the entrance of the ceremony and you will enter the "Peach Blossom Garden", giving you a sense of sight of "Liu An Hua Ming Yai Village". A zigzag stone road stretches from the foot to the entrance of the sales department, strolling on the stone road, experiencing "people swim in the picture". The entire building is surrounded by water features, and the light building reflections float in the waves, as if the entire building was floating in the water. Extending the indoor lighting and decorative arts to the outdoors, making the building, interior, and landscape seamlessly integrated and complement each other. The clean glazed glass, the calm water surface, and the blue sky are intertwined to create a fresh and elegant picture, which makes people endless and lingering.
