The land area of the project is 58401.5 square meters, of which the construction land area is about 48315.3 square meters, the contribution rate is 16.8%, the floor area ratio is 6.0, and the required construction area is about 289900 square meters, of which the industrial building construction area is 203,000 square meters, and the commercial building area is 1000 square meters. The construction area of rice and supporting dormitory is 82,200 square meters, including the basement and other total construction area of about 400,000 square meters. The nature of land use is a new type of industrial land.
After a detailed investigation and analysis of the site, we believe that the south side should be centered on business and office, the east side should be based on living, and the central and west sides should be flexible. In this case, the 01 plots are arranged along the urban interface, and the two office buildings are arranged with good indications; the 02 plots are arranged with office, LOFT apartments and houses from west to east.
On the north side of the base, there is a residential area in the south and the garden. In order to ensure the sunshine requirements, the case does not have high-rise buildings in the central area of the 02 block. Instead, a set of high-low courtyard courtyard LOFT apartments are arranged on the mountain; this group of buildings is covered. The current residential area on the north side has gathered the commercial initiative line and the living green axis of the site, forming a shining pearl of the whole project, which can be used for business, successfully realize functional replacement and maximize value.

The height difference in the base is large. The case is comprehensively balanced to form a four-stage platform, and the two plots are fully integrated through multiple platforms at multiple levels. At the same time, the air bridge, the uphill passage and the east side mountain park are combined to form Maanshan. The park became the second garden of the project.
