Urban Design and Planning
As the “China Electronics First Street” Huaqiang North, the rapid flow of people and traffic brought by the rapid development is the foundation of its continued prosperity, but also for this system from the 1980s, born out of the old factory system The area brings unprecedented pressure. In the face of the golden development opportunities that will be opened in 2010, multi-functional hybrid development has become a necessary development strategy for a healthy urban area. A multi-purpose mixed zone with public transportation nodes will be used more and more in downtown areas. The multi-functional mixing criteria of the underlying shops and the upper-floor residential business model have become a common implementation model. Retailers will receive a fixed source of customers upstairs and around, and residents' interests will be reflected in their ability to buy food or watch movies on short walks. And our design is not just to answer a result, to show a blueprint, it is important to show the process of sustainable development.
Throughout the late 20th century, many of the advantages of urban multi-purpose hybrid development have become increasingly apparent for many urban planners and other professionals. Here, this concept will be raised again. With the industrialization of the city, it has become less important to separate the home from the complex factory. Fully independent partitions turn all types of development into "islands." In most cases, cars have become an important transportation bridge between residential areas, independent commercial areas and office areas, which has caused the city's dependence on cars. At the same time, multi-functional hybrid development has become a necessary development strategy in a healthy urban area.
The zoning method has been modified accordingly, and cities are increasingly trying to solve these problems by using versatile mixed-use partitions. Multi-functional hybrid areas equipped with public transportation nodes will be used more and more in the “city center” area. The multi-functional mixing criteria for the commercial and residential buildings in the ground floor and upper floors are common in the implementation mode. Retailers will get a fixed source of customers upstairs and around, and residents' interests are reflected in their ability to buy food or watch movies on short walks.
