Famous architectural and planning experts, scholars, real estate professionals and government officials attended and spoke.

In the process of urban development, we must not only pay attention to the construction of the tall, but also the design and utilization of the space around us, and consider the urban space from the perspective of daily life. At the same time of land supply shortage, some land and daily living space have not been reasonably planned and utilized, so between the buildings and the buildings, between the communities and the communities, in the abandonment and redevelopment, in different forms and types. There will inevitably be some space waste in the building complex. The salon has extensively discussed this topic from design, planning, research, management, development and construction.

Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, School of Urban Planning, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and Wang Yuan, Associate Editor of New Architecture Magazine

This salon hosted Mr. Wang Yuan, and introduced the image of “high, big and good” in Shenzhen through a piece of Shenzhen city propaganda film, in order to propose the “dwarf, small, inferior” daily life. From the perspective of daily life, pay attention to the surrounding space and actively think about new ways of planning and designing cities.

Chief Architect of Shenzhen Architectural Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd., National Architectural Design Master Meng Jianmin

Mr. Meng Jianmin combined with the recently published “Original Design Concept” to emphasize the appeal of design as a human service, and proposed three elements of design. The first element is health, the second element is high efficiency, and the third element is humanity. The urban space environment should benefit the user's physical and mental health, improve the efficiency of use, and satisfy the humanistic characteristics. Then, the humanistic characteristics of the urban space environment are related to aesthetics. Once again, it is necessary to integrate the rights aesthetics, professional aesthetics and public aesthetics.

Dr. Zhang Yuxing, Director of Urban Design Department of Shenzhen Municipal Planning Commission

Dr. Zhang Yuxing shared with him a project he was implementing “Fun City – Shenzhen Beautiful City Plan”. The purpose of the project is to use public space as a breakthrough, respect daily life, create a series of unique and unique locations for the citizens, and form a humanized, ecological and characteristic public space environment, and drive the city through the power of “points”. The improvement of space quality creates a vibrant and interesting Shenzhen. It includes six major categories of parks, special waterfront spaces, street slow life, creative spaces, featured buildings, and urban events. In terms of project characteristics, the first is to explore a new path of urban public space practice, and propose a series of creative ideas and measures around the four aspects of accessibility, functionality, comfort and sociality of public space. The second is the acupuncture-style urban design method, which starts directly from the specific site and uses small-scale intervention to control and guide, activate the city location and enhance the city's vitality. The third is the combination of urban design and management tools, combined with specific management tools such as planning, administrative licensing, and land policy to promote the implementation of the plan.

Chief Architect of Shenzhen Municipal Planning and Land Development Research Center, Minister of Regional Planning, Professor-level Senior Planner Zhou Jin

Mr. Zhou Jin gave his opinion as a planner and an architect. He thinks that the planner and the architect have one thing in common is to design the lifestyle of the person, which may be a public life. The way, it may also be a way of private life. The building is a skin, the boundary of a public and private life field. The building is a public life, and the building is a private life. Don't be limited by the original planned structure, or a certain behavioral pattern set by the architect. It is necessary to re-excavate the remaining space, trimming space and flower arrangement in the city according to development and change, and find a way to meet the daily life of local residents. Point, reactivate it to form a rich, diverse and effective public living space. This is also one of the purposes of the project “Favorite City – Shenzhen Beautiful City Project”.

Professor, School of Architecture, Shenzhen University, Director of Academic Committee, Director of Architectural Research Center, Tan Li

Professor Tan Li believes that the space of ancient cities exists in the form of rights space or God. After modern times, capital plays a big role, and rights are gradually fading. However, for China's current situation, rights and capital may be doubled. Most of the city's construction. For example, the "high, big, upper" three halls and five halls, although they are also the space that hopes to provide space for the people, but in turn, these things are not completely considered from the perspective of urban life, because in many places, ordinary people do not Go there, or go there very little. Urban space should be close to the people and used by ordinary people from the perspective of daily life.

Xue Tao, General Manager of Design Management Center of Shenzhen Vanke Real Estate Co., Ltd.

Mr. Xue Tao, taking the projects of Vanke Center and Central Book City as an example, emphasized the comfort and efficiency of the use of architectural space. For example, the Central Book City is brilliant, but notes that 60% to 70% of the area is invalid, and a lot of space is wasted. In fact, when people use the house themselves, they are very concerned about this issue. He often asks the architects, "When you do it yourself, you can be simple. Why do we let our developers spend so much money?" For another example, what do the elderly do after the children go to school? If there are four households on this floor, the four households share a living room, eat and watch TV together, watch TV and go home to sleep, then, is there a living room in the house? This is the previous concept of courtyard house, which was a normal neighborhood relationship, but now the neighborhood relationship is gone. Therefore, the effective use of space is the source of design. Demand has changed, and design institutes have to abandon traditional production methods to adapt to change.

Feng Guochuan, Senior Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of Zhubo Design (Group) Co., Ltd.

Mr. Feng Guochuan thought and spoke about the relationship between urban space, business society and situationalism from the perspective of human philosophy and social logic in "daily life". The modern life has a very tedious repetition, and it has become Everyday life, controlled by a huge system, and the meaning is deprived. Situationalism is going to counter this, and it is necessary to use art to destroy systematic control. From this perspective, some architects are a relatively poor group of people who do not consider the people from the perspective of daily life, but follow the real estate developers to do "culture" capitalism. Buildings spend so much money, earning profits and good reputation, and being flashy, this is the hypocrisy of the times. Architects must face their own hearts, see their own dirty, go with the "poor", think about urban space issues, and actively design a truly humanized city.

Tang Zhihua, Vice President and Chief Architect of Huayang International Design Group

Mr. Tang Zhihua gave a brief account of his insights in connection with his daily life experience. He believes that the architectural design industry needs to practice art and needs to do the work of “sweeping the beauty of the blind” instead of drawing a picture. Architects should have a high level of artistic accomplishment. The quality of the current house is not high, and it has nothing to do with the concept and concept of the house. He believes that not only should architecture students talk about architecture, but education should be given to all people. Only the beauty and the blindness will be less and less, the bad buildings will be less and less, and the attractive urban space will be more and more. .

Qiu Huikang, Partner and Chief Architect of Shenzhen Cube Architectural Design Consultant Co., Ltd.

Mr. Qiu Huikang talked about the need to do research on differences. There are five levels of market under the new building conditions: the first one is about the concept of “balance”, whether it is “everyday urban strategy” or macro urban structure. At the level, we must pursue a balance; the second is “interesting” and the pursuit of innovation; the third is a concept of “sustainability”. The renewal of the city must reflect the relationship between people and society. The relationship can be constantly updated; the fourth is the relationship of "contact" and "communication"; the fifth is the individual's view of the architectural concept, study our use of space, and adhere to the understanding and grasp of the scale.

In the final free discussion session of the salon, everyone actively asked questions, raised their own opinions and questions, and expressed their views on how to effectively use urban space and design more interesting cities. After the salon, the guests visited the newly completed second office (B office) of Cube Design.
